Yes, it is possible to refund the GATE registration until May 19, 2024. Please note that when purchasing a ticket, each participant assumes responsibility for attending the event. GATE organizers take into account every received euro, and the ticket purchase price includes ticket agency fees, as well as taxes in the Republic of Latvia. Therefore, the refunded amount will be 50% of the ticket price to cover these costs and prevent losses. In case of a refund, please contact gate.latvia@gmail.com.

Yes, every participant, including lecturers and workshop facilitators, must purchase a ticket. The conference is organized on a voluntary basis, and while the participants' fees cover the majority of expenses, sponsors provide support by covering a portion of the technical costs. The GATE organizer team works without any salary to organize and coordinate this event.

The 4th GATE is organized collaboratively by Adventure Therapy Europe and Adventure Therapy Latvia, with the support of Sigulda City Municipality and the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation.
