We are looking for volunteers for
'The 4th Gathering for Adventure Therapy in Europe!'

The 4th GATE organizers extend the chance for 15 participants to join the event with a discount and contribute as volunteers to the GATE team. This opportunity proves advantageous if you:

​

  • Aspire to attend GATE but need to carefully consider financial circumstances

  • Wish to be an integral part of the adventure therapy community

  • Aim to contribute to the successful execution of GATE

  • Seek valuable experience in event organization

Volunteer Responsibilities:

​​

  • Support the coordination of workshops and lectures

  • Provide technical support, ensuring smooth communication between conference speakers and attendees

  • Be ready for a variety of tasks, helping on the spot with whatever is needed, ensuring the smooth flow of the event

​

  • English Knowledge: Fluent in English

  • Passion and interest for Adventure therapy

  • Willingness to Help: A genuine desire to make a difference

  • Strong Work Ethic: A commitment to getting the job done

  • Time Management: Efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks

  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment

NOTE:

While volunteering, you have the opportunity to choose workshops or speakers to attend during your free time. While we can't guarantee attendance at all preferred workshops, we'll do our best to accommodate your choices and ensure a fulfilling experience.

4-Hour Volunteering Daily

Dates: 19/06/2024 - 22/06/2024

Price: 250€ (50% discount on the ticket price)

​​

  • 4 hours of volunteering each day from June 19th to June 22nd

  • Access to GATE workshops in free time

  • Three meals per day

  • Access to snack zone

  • Camping spot from 17/06/2024 to 23/06/2024 (12:00 PM)

​This opportunity is limited to only 10 participants. "Apply" is the chance to fill out the application form.

  • 4 hours of volunteering two days from June 19th to June 22nd

  • Three meals per day

  • Access to snack zone
