Should an attendee plan to stay overnight between 17/06/2024 and 23/06/2024, it is necessary to acquire a Camping Site Ticket for each night of intended stay.
ADDITIONAL OPTION:
The day pass provides attendees the option to combine multiple day-pass tickets and attend the conference for more than one day, tailoring the experience to individual preferences.

Every family member aged 8-12 years requires a Family Member Ticket. Please note that the Family Member Ticket excludes access to pre & post GATE workshops, GATE Conference workshops, and lessons. There will be plenty of amazing things to do in Sigulda and some surprises from the organizers.

Every participant, including lecturers and workshop facilitators, must purchase a ticket. (The conference is organized on a voluntary basis, and while the participants' fees cover the majority of expenses, sponsors provide support by covering a portion of the technical costs. The GATE organizer team works without salary to coordinate the event.)

The ticket price includes a 21% VAT (Latvia) and a ticket company fee.

The camping site will be open from June 17th to June 23rd, 2024, until 12:00 PM. Meals will be provided three times a day from June 19th to June 22nd, 2024, excluding dinner on June 22nd.

By purchasing a ticket for the 4th Gathering of Adventure Therapy in Europe, the participant consents to being photographed and filmed during the event and agrees that these materials may be used for publication purposes.
